What you will do

• Lead the development of user-centric content to enhance the overall user experience across digital products.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate user needs into effective content.
• Establish and maintain a consistent tone of voice across all digital touchpoints in collaboration with the brand team.
• Conduct content audits to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and UX best practices.
• Provide mentorship and direction to a team of UX content strategists.
• Integrate content seamlessly into the overall design and user experience through cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in content strategy focusing on digital products and user interfaces.
• Proven track record of leading and directing UX content strategy for large-scale projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating the impact of language on user behavior.
• Experience conducting user research to inform and validate content decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, English, UX Design, or a related field.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• Knowledge of emerging UX writing trends and implementation of AI tools.
• Ability to apply a data-driven approach to content strategy.
