Salary: $125,400 - $181,875

What you will do
- Lead the development of user-centric content to enhance the overall user experience across digital products.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate user needs into effective content.
- Establish and maintain a consistent tone of voice across all digital touchpoints in collaboration with the brand team.
- Conduct content audits to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and UX best practices.
- Provide mentorship and direction to a team of UX content strategists.
- Integrate content seamlessly into the overall design and user experience through cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in content strategy focusing on digital products and user interfaces.
- Proven track record of leading and directing UX content strategy for large-scale projects.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating the impact of language on user behavior.
- Experience conducting user research to inform and validate content decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, English, UX Design, or a related field.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

- Knowledge of emerging UX writing trends and implementation of AI tools.
- Ability to apply a data-driven approach to content strategy.
- Proven success in mentoring content strategy teams.
