What you will do

• Lead market and customer research for discrete and engineer-to-order manufacturers to inform GTM priorities.
• Own the positioning, value propositions, and messaging for CPQ solutions targeting enterprise buyers and complex buying committees.
• Develop high-impact enablement assets including solution overviews, pitch decks, battlecards, and objection-handling tools.
• Drive end-to-end go-to-market strategy from planning through execution, ensuring successful launches.
• Collaborate with Product Management to influence the roadmap and with Customer Success to integrate adoption insights into messaging.
• Apply AI tools and analytics to scale research, synthesize data, and improve PMM team effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product or solution marketing within B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Proven experience marketing CPQ, manufacturing ERP, or adjacent enterprise solutions (PLM, CRM, MES).
• Strong understanding of complex, multi-product solutions and consultative enterprise buying processes.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to scale research and marketing execution.
• Exceptional communication skills to simplify complex technical concepts into compelling narratives.
• Must be based in the United States (specifically ET or CT time zones).
