What you will do

• Design and engineer electrical systems for ships, yachts, or naval vessels.
• Prepare electrical schematics, layouts, and technical documentation using EPLAN P8 and AutoCAD.
• Translate client and project requirements into practical engineering solutions.
• Support installation, testing, and commissioning activities on board.
• Collaborate with software engineers, project engineers, and shipyard teams.
• Review technical drawings to ensure compliance with maritime standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the maritime industry (yacht building, shipbuilding, or naval vessels) is a strict requirement.
• Degree (Licenciatura) in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Naval Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with onboard electrical systems for vessels.
• Ability to read, interpret, and create electrical drawings.
• Good English skills (written and spoken).
• Willingness to relocate to the Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Master's degree (Mestrado) in a relevant technical field.
• Proficiency in EPLAN P8 and/or AutoCAD.
