Salary: $140K - $170K

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for complex Product and Data Science roles from intake through close and onboarding.
• Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies tailored to high-caliber technical talent.
• Act as a talent advisor to VPs and executive leadership, providing market insights and data-driven recommendations to shape hiring decisions.
• Optimize recruiting processes and workflows to make the hiring engine faster and more scalable.
• Mentor teammates and share best practices to foster a high-performance TA culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Must be based within 45 miles of San Francisco, CA.
• Proven success hiring senior Product Managers (Technical, GTM, Platform) and Data Scientists (AI/ML, LLMs, GenAI).
• Experience partnering directly with Director, VP, and executive-level stakeholders.
• Background in high-growth SaaS or tech environments, ideally late-stage or pre-IPO.
