Salary: $177,984 - $240,803 per year

What you will do

• Lead product teams in Wealth Management, collaborating with business and technology leaders to deliver outcomes using product management and iterative development practices.
• Manage portfolio of product solutions, including planning, prioritization, sequencing, and ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple teams.
• Set strategy, vision, roadmap, and go-to-market for the product portfolio, acting as a thought leader on market context and best practices.
• Foster collaboration, innovation, and empowerment across teams; engage with customers to uncover needs and test product hypotheses.
• Monitor product performance with metrics on value delivery, financial impacts, and risks; advocate for resource adjustments.
• Recruit, develop high-performing teams, and promote hirify.global’s leadership competencies and operating model.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years relevant business experience, including in product manager role
• Fundamentals of iterative development and software processes
• Expertise in Agile Product Management, stakeholder management, market/user research, technology management, process design
• High organization, attention to detail, passion for technology trends
• Excellent communication, collaboration, influence, facilitation, and executive skills

Nice to have

• Certified Product Manager or similar
• Prior supervisory experience
• Proven success in business cases, roadmaps, enterprise strategy
• Expertise in product strategy, tools across discovery/design/build/release/measure
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex initiatives
• Advanced MS Office skills, financial management for budgets/ROI
