Location: Hybrid in New York, San Francisco, or Salt Lake City (2-3 days/week on-site); relocation assistance available for candidates outside these areas.
Salary: Tier 1 (NYC/SF/Seattle): $288,000–$360,000 USD; Tier 2: $259,200–$324,000 USD; Tier 3: $244,800–$306,000 USD (based on location).

What you will do
- Lead the entire product function as single-threaded owner for the new venture, building from 0-to-1 with startup autonomy.
- Partner closely with the General Manager to shape business strategy and establish product-market fit.
- Drive product vision, discovery, validation, and execution to create 's next major revenue stream.
- Build and lead a high-performing product team in an ambiguous, entrepreneurial environment.
- Own end-to-end product development, from strategy to scaling and commercial success.
Requirements
- Extensive leadership experience building and scaling product teams.
- Proven 0-to-1 track record in new ventures or startups.
- Strong business and commercial acumen with exceptional executive presence.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive product-market fit.
- Experience in venture strategy, product vision, and execution.
Nice to have
- Previous experience as a founder or co-founder.
- Experience in an innovation lab, new ventures group, or startup-within-a-company.
- Experience in FinTech or PropTech.
