USV System Sales Coordinator-APAC (Autonomous Marine Systems)

Location: Remote, based in Taiwan; requires domestic and regional travel of approximately 10–20% for customer sea trials and site coordination.

What you will do

• Coordinate international and domestic shipments, hardware tracking, customs clearance, RMA processing, and customer site visit logistics.
• Maintain CRM records, customer contact lists, meeting notes, NDA and contract statuses, quotations, order tracking sheets, purchase requests, and delivery receipts.
• Coordinate technical specifications, delivery timelines, and hardware requirements with fabricators, vendors, and shipyards.
• Support dockside tests, field demonstrations, and customer sea trials through equipment setup, sensor mounting checks, and log recording.
• Log customer issues, collect basic diagnostic information, route cases to engineering teams, and track post-sales action items through completion.
• Help prepare training manuals, technical FAQ sheets, and demonstration summaries for APAC customers.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in technical coordination, logistics or supply chain support, project coordination, or field service; strong project internship experience may be considered for fresh graduates.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related technical or operational field.
• Basic familiarity with mechanical equipment, vessel components, robotics, or industrial electronics.
• Ability to read simple mechanical and assembly drawings.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to track shipments and action items systematically.
• Ability to work remotely while based in Taiwan and travel domestically and regionally approximately 10–20%.
