Sales Supervisor (Semiconductor)

Location: AP-TW-Jhunan (EL), Taiwan; requires travel within China at least 50% of the time

What you will do

• Manage technical sales and customer accounts for the E&I ACST business in China.
• Deliver business goals and grow market share through account management.
• Identify, manage, and deliver new business opportunities to achieve revenue, profit, and growth targets.
• Build multilevel relationships with customers and partners.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D, and Quality to improve project success and promote new products.
• Track customer issues and activities while applying strong technical knowledge of product lines.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in customer support, sales, or product marketing.
• Background in Engineering or Science with a bachelor’s degree or above.
• Fluent English and Mandarin.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to travel within China at least 50% of the time and maintain a flexible work schedule.
• Energetic approach and strong drive to succeed.

Nice to have

• Experience with wet clean or CMP processes.
