What you will do

• Develop and lead 12–18 month social ecosystem strategy, defining channel roles and scalable content frameworks.
• Own end-to-end creator and influencer strategy, from selection and contracting to performance optimization.
• Oversee content calendars, production, and real-time planning for high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• Spot cultural trends early and build community engagement strategies to turn audiences into active fans.
• Integrate paid, owned, and earned media for maximum impact and partner with teams across Australia.
• Lead clients as a trusted advisor, manage teams, and own reporting on engagement, conversions, and sentiment.

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience across social, digital, or integrated communications.
• Proven track record leading large-scale social and influencer campaigns.
• Deep expertise in TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Strong experience building and managing creator ecosystems in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent client leadership, presentation skills, and commercial mindset.
• Calm under pressure with passion for culture, sport, and social storytelling.
