What you will do

• Drive user acquisition for specific product categories in Australia via community-driven campaigns and events.
• Build and manage a performance-based roster of influencers and creators to increase first-time buyer conversion and retention.
• Develop high-performing creative content for paid acquisition campaigns in collaboration with the creative team.
• Lead the planning and execution of digital and in-person events to build brand awareness and drive supply/demand metrics.
• Analyze marketing data to refine strategies and create scalable playbooks for the Australian market.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in consumer or category marketing, preferably in high-growth environments.
• Proven track record in influencer marketing used as a performance channel to drive efficient CAC.
• Ability to develop and deliver high-performing content for paid advertising at scale.
• Experience executing end-to-end digital and physical event marketing.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to track KPIs and optimize campaigns based on insights.
• Must be based in Sydney or Melbourne, Australia to support the hybrid work model.
