What you will do

• Manage and maintain social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook), create and publish engaging posts.
• Design visual content, graphics, and perform basic video editing for digital marketing.
• Plan, develop, and schedule social media content calendars aligned with campaigns.
• Organize, curate, and repurpose marketing materials from internal teams.
• Coordinate outreach with partners and stakeholders for service updates, events, and opportunities.
• Maintain contact databases, track follow-ups, and support campaigns to boost engagement.
• Conduct research on trends and opportunities; collaborate with teams; monitor metrics for insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in marketing, digital marketing, or related field.
• Experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and digital platforms.
• Basic video editing and visual content production skills.
• Strong written/verbal communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, creativity.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, community services, insurance, or compliance-heavy industries.
• NDIS experience.
