What you will do

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing travel sales team of four Sales Managers in a fast-paced environment
  • Manage portfolio of existing accounts and drive business development for new opportunities
  • Develop strategic sales with cruise operators, airlines, OTAs, tour operators, and tourist boards
  • Work closely with General Manager on commercial strategy, budgeting, and key metrics reporting
  • Coach, train, and set goals for Sales Managers to meet quarterly revenue targets
  • Collaborate with Production and Publishing teams for efficient pitch-to-publish process and revenue maximization

Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • 8-10 years relevant sales experience in travel industry, ideally media, advertising, or digital publishing
  • Sales leadership, team development, and performance management experience
  • Highly familiar with Salesforce and online CRM tools for sales activities, reporting, and forecasting
  • Strong planning, execution of online sales strategies, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical thinker with commercial acumen, degree educated

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of online travel, subscription, or media publishing industry
  • Experience building relationships with senior travel industry stakeholders
