What you will do

• Lead and project-manage strategic initiatives like new product launches, growth programs, and business transformations
• Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and business case development
• Partner with sales to design go-to-market strategies, pipeline analytics, and client coverage optimization
• Align product, technology, and business roadmaps; facilitate cross-functional forums and resolve escalations
• Prepare materials for ExCo, Board, and CEO; drive planning cycles and leadership agenda

Requirements

• Based in London for hybrid work (3 days in office)
• 3–6 years experience, ideally strategy consulting at Manager level in top-tier firm
• Exposure to capital markets, financial services, or adjacent sector
• Proven track record owning complex multi-stakeholder workstreams
• Exceptional analytical skills for business cases, financial models, and presentations
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and self-starter mindset
