Junior Business Intelligence Specialist

TL;DR

Junior Business Intelligence Specialist (BI): Serve customers by troubleshooting data flow issues and implementing configuration changes to dashboards, charts, and KPIs using SQL and Qlik Sense with an accent on customer support and problem-solving. Focus on resolving support requests independently or collaboratively, communicating via support platform, and participating in client meetings.

Location: Hybrid work environment in Afi Park 1, Bucharest, Romania. Available for evening shifts ending at 1 am to support Americas customers.

Salary: 5000-5900 RON/Net per month

What you will do

• Serve diverse customer base across all hirify.global solutions
• Advise customers on software questions and tackle their challenges first-line
• Troubleshoot data flow issues and configure dashboards, charts, KPIs using SQL and Qlik Sense
• Communicate with customers via support platform and join client meetings occasionally
• Resolve requests independently or with teams like Customer Success, Data Engineers, and Developers
• Contribute to internal processes and ways-of-working development

Requirements

• Understanding of relational databases, SQL, or other programming language
• Understanding of Qlik Sense or other BI tools like PowerBI or Tableau
• Strong desire to serve and support customers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Independent working style and ownership
• Quick learner for new software
• Great communication skills and fluency in English
