What you will do

• Develop and continuously enhance risk assessment frameworks, algorithms, and decisioning strategies.
• Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of LLM models to support advanced risk analysis.
• Create and refine fraud prevention strategies using both rule-based systems and predictive models.
• Define and analyze key risk and business KPIs to provide actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Build and maintain automated reporting and monitoring solutions for proactive risk management.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to embed risk controls into customer journeys.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in risk analytics or data analytics within the banking or fintech sectors.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong hands-on experience with Python.
• Deep understanding of statistical analysis, risk modeling, and machine learning techniques.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Ability to work according to Dubai time zone.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
