What you will do

• Develop and enhance automated reporting tools and statistical dashboards used across the organization.
• Perform data quality checks to ensure reporting standards and automation procedures are upheld.

• Build scalable automation solutions for data collection, transformation, and visualization.
• Establish best practices for reporting workflows and solve moderately complex technical challenges.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience with Python, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Qlik, Power BI).
• Foundational understanding of reporting frameworks, data pipelines, and automation tools.
• Knowledge of software development principles, including version control, testing, and deployment.
• Ability to work with relational databases.
• Fluent English proficiency for communicating complex technical ideas.
• Based in or near Bucharest, Romania.

Nice to have

• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
