What you will do

  • Partner with business to prioritize projects, enhancements, issues, and incidents for data teams.
  • Lead backlog grooming, negotiate sprint plans, and present release notes.
  • Triage, troubleshoot data issues, and perform cross-system reconciliations.
  • Conduct training on data standards, support automation of quality checks, and document best practices.
  • Define data quality frameworks, KPIs, SLAs, and processes for golden records and de-duplication.
  • Monitor data quality metrics, report on dashboards, and contribute to audits and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Data Management, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience with strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM), governance, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in ERP platforms (Oracle and/or SAP), MS Office, reporting tools, database maintenance, and data governance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, advanced communication skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure.
  • Experience in process improvement or automation projects preferred.
