Senior Data Analyst (Azure)

Location: Hybrid/Onsite in listed cities or Remote from AR, Brazil, Bulgaria, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Poland. Must have overlap with UK working hours.

What you will do

• Extract and process complex datasets from multiple sources, troubleshooting root causes to ensure data integrity.
• Design, build, and maintain sophisticated reports and dashboards using Power BI and SSRS.
• Analyze business requirements to design data models and manage Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve technical issues and deliver end-to-end services.
• Provide specialist advice and informal mentoring to junior team members to enhance data literacy.

Requirements

• Advanced SQL skills (Joins, Grouping, Window Functions) and Stored Procedure development.
• Proven experience in data modeling, database design patterns, and Data Mapping/Documentation (STTM).
• Extensive experience with SSMS, SSRS, and Power BI (including DAX expressions).
• Strong interpersonal skills to translate technical complexities into business recommendations.
• Solid understanding of data management standards and industry best practices.
• Required: Work overlap with UK working hours.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipeline development.
• Knowledge of Azure Data Lake, Blob storage, and file storage solutions.
• Basic familiarity with Azure DevOps, including Wiki documentation and version control.
