What you will do

• Design and maintain digital analytics tracking for web, native mobile apps (iOS and Android), and CTV/OTT platforms.
• Act as the technical SME for analytics deployment, providing guidance on scalable and sustainable instrumentation best practices.
• Translate business and analytics requirements into technical specifications for front-end and back-end engineers.
• Manage and integrate tooling platforms such as Google Tag Manager (GTM), Firebase, and BigQuery.
• Audit and resolve analytics data quality issues across multiple platforms to ensure consistency.
• Collaborate with Product Management and external consulting teams on strategic implementation planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital analytics implementation or analytics engineering.
• Expertise in GA4 Enterprise, including event schema design, custom dimensions, and BigQuery export.
• Experience with GTM (web and mobile containers) and Firebase SDK for iOS and Android.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and BigQuery querying.
• JavaScript proficiency for reading, debugging, and writing tracking scripts.
• Based in Romania.

Nice to have

• Prior media or streaming experience, specifically video playback tracking.
• Knowledge of COPPA-compliant analytics for children's products.
• Experience with OTT/CTV platforms such as Roku, Apple TV, or Fire TV.
• Experience defining analytics data contracts with external partners.
• Willingness to adopt AI-powered tools to improve implementation and debugging efficiency.
