What you will do
- Support EMEA discounting process including approval rules, validation, tools, users, and profitability KPIs.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and simulations on key projects profitability for leadership.
- Guide profitability management of quotes by line of business, segment, sales reps, and countries with reports.
- Update quotes with production costs and support sales operations initiatives.
- Collaborate with IT and business units to improve discounting tools, test features, and propose actions.
- Develop Power BI dashboards and metrics for sales management on quote profitability.
Requirements
- Full English proficiency
- Bachelor of Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Excel proficiency (pivots, formulas) and PowerPoint proficiency
- At least 2 years in sales operations analysis or similar in a large technology company
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines
Nice to have
- PowerBI or Visio knowledge
- Understanding of basic sales process and CRM functionalities
- Excellent time management and organizational skills for matrix management
- Experience in complex international environments
- Proactive, results-oriented team player with strong communication skills
