What you will do

  • Support EMEA discounting process including approval rules, validation, tools, users, and profitability KPIs.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and simulations on key projects profitability for leadership.
  • Guide profitability management of quotes by line of business, segment, sales reps, and countries with reports.
  • Update quotes with production costs and support sales operations initiatives.
  • Collaborate with IT and business units to improve discounting tools, test features, and propose actions.
  • Develop Power BI dashboards and metrics for sales management on quote profitability.

Requirements

  • Full English proficiency
  • Bachelor of Business Administration, Economics, or related field
  • Excel proficiency (pivots, formulas) and PowerPoint proficiency
  • At least 2 years in sales operations analysis or similar in a large technology company
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines

Nice to have

  • PowerBI or Visio knowledge
  • Understanding of basic sales process and CRM functionalities
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills for matrix management
  • Experience in complex international environments
  • Proactive, results-oriented team player with strong communication skills
