Location: Appleton-Green Bay area; flexibility to travel within the Advisor Group (may include overnight), conduct business during evening hours, must have own automobile.
Salary: $145,000 - $211,000 per year

What you will do
- Attract, recruit, and select diverse high-quality FP candidates through targeted strategies, networks, and referrals.
- Develop new FPs via joint field work, coaching on Financial Advice Process, Salesforce, and sales tools.
- Support FP launch by helping with goals, marketing plans, case prep, and overcoming challenges.
- Collaborate with leadership, veteran FPs, and corporate resources for best practices and joint experiences.
- Manage market growth, business planning, team leadership, and culture of excellence.
- Build relationships with Christian community leaders and centers of influence.
Requirements
- FINRA Series 7, 63/65 or 66 required or obtained within 90 days; state insurance licensed in life, health, variable lines or attained within 90 days; securities registrations and licenses in all relevant states.
- Demonstrated track record of solid sales results and experience using Financial Advice Process, Salesforce, and tools.
- Previous experience attracting and leading others, including presenting and facilitating.
- Commitment to joint field work (approx. 3 days/week), satisfactory background check, clean compliance record.
- Flexibility to travel (including overnight), evening hours, own automobile for business.

- Four-year college degree.
- Professional designation or progress toward one.
