Location: Must be based in Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY; in-person attendance expected 5 days per week

Salary: $179,000 - $210,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of technical recruiters and sourcers to meet hiring goals and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Partner with Engineering and People leadership to forecast headcount and align recruiting execution with organizational goals.
  • Operationalize scalable hiring practices to maintain a high bar for technical excellence.
  • Use reporting and performance metrics to drive accountability and data-informed decisions.
  • Enhance the employer brand by communicating the engineering culture and mission.
  • Implement programs to increase representation and equity across the hiring funnel.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience.
  • 3+ years leading full-cycle recruiters or sourcers in a high-velocity environment.
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to improve recruiter efficiency and pipeline quality.
  • Ability to align talent strategy with broader business goals and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in analyzing recruiting data to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Must be based in Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY.
