What you will do

  • Manage and nurture a designated client portfolio as the trusted technical expert.
  • Review new features and fixes against customer needs and assist in configuring hirify.global solutions.
  • Generate monthly performance and support metric reports, analyze usage data, and implement remedial actions.
  • Troubleshoot errors, advise on best practices, and upskill team members.
  • Identify growth opportunities and collaborate on success planning workshops.
  • Work with stakeholders on change management and propose improvements.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years in IT Consulting or Enterprise Software Implementation
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in technical field or related business discipline
  • Experience with query-based languages, relational databases, SQL, data manipulation, and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong business communication, time management, and requirements gathering skills
  • Ability to empathize with customers, work with minor oversight, and adapt to changes

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with hirify.global software products (administering, implementing, supporting)
