What you will do
- Manage and nurture a designated client portfolio as the trusted technical expert.
- Review new features and fixes against customer needs and assist in solution configuration.
- Generate monthly performance and support metric reports using usage data.
- Analyze metrics to identify and implement remedial actions for proactive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot errors, advise on best practices, and upskill team members.
- Identify growth opportunities, collaborate on projects, and participate in Success Planning Workshops.
Requirements
- At least 7 years in IT Consulting or Enterprise Software Implementation
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a technical field or related business discipline
- Experience with query-based languages and relational databases
- Strong SQL, data manipulation, and Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong business communication and time management skills
- Ability to gather requirements, empathize with customers, and adapt to changes

- Hands-on experience with software products (administering, implementing, supporting)
