Salary: $120,467 - $162,984 per year

What you will do

  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions including Lightning Web Components and integrations for business-critical capabilities.
  • Act as technical leader, setting direction, conducting code reviews, and elevating solution quality and scalability.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering leadership on planning, decomposition, and delivery.
  • Contribute to engineering standards, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and vendor technology evaluations.
  • Coach junior engineers, participate in recruiting, and support team rotations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent + 7+ years Salesforce engineering experience
  • Deep expertise in SDLC, version control, systems design, debugging, database querying, and code reviews.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively on high-impact initiatives.
  • Sound knowledge of security, stability, and scalable software practices.

Nice to have

  • Financial services industry experience.
  • Experience coaching/mentoring team members.
