What you will do

• Design and develop applications, configurations, and integrations within the Salesforce environment for internal operational systems.
• Build custom functionality using Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce to support business workflows.
• Monitor system reliability and participate in on-call rotations and incident resolution.
• Translate business requirements from internal teams into scalable technical solutions.
• Implement secure Salesforce configurations, including permissions, custom objects, and automation tools.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools like Claude and Cursor to accelerate Apex and metadata creation.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience building and maintaining enterprise-scale Salesforce environments.
• Proficiency in developing Salesforce applications using Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce.
• Experience implementing integrations between Salesforce and third-party or internal systems.
• Strong knowledge of configuration tools, custom objects, flows, and platform security controls.
• Ability to design, test, debug, and deploy scalable solutions with clear documentation.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools to maintain code quality and increase velocity.
