What you will do

• Develop, test, and deploy custom capabilities within Salesforce instances using Apex and Lightning technologies.
• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and build new applications on the Salesforce platform.
• Integrate Salesforce with external applications using SOAP, REST, BULK, and Streaming APIs.
• Collaborate with Application Architects, Product Owners, and Business Partners globally to ensure high-quality product delivery.
• Write, execute, and maintain automated unit tests to ensure code reliability.
• Configure and manage Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines to automate build and deployment workflows.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of Salesforce Developer experience with a track record of implementing complex enterprise-level solutions.
• Strong working knowledge of Apex (classes, triggers, web services), LWC, Salesforce Flows, and SOQL.
• Hands-on experience with AWS solutions and version control systems (Git/GitHub).
• Proficiency with SFDX and Visual Studio Code IDE.
• Experience working within a SCRUM or Agile environment.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Dallas, TX.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Agentforce, Generative AI, and LLMs for creating automated solutions.
• Experience with AI-powered development tools like Cursor or Claude.
• Proficiency in Java, React, Next.js, or TypeScript.
• Knowledge of hirify.global, MuleSoft, and other Salesforce tech-stack components.
