What you will do

• Design and develop applications, configurations, and integrations within the Salesforce environment.
• Build custom functionality using Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce.
• Monitor system reliability and participate in on-call incident resolution.
• Translate business requirements from internal teams into scalable technical solutions.
• Implement secure configurations, user permissions, and automation tools.
• Use AI-assisted tools like Claude and Cursor to accelerate Apex and Flow development.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience building and maintaining enterprise-scale Salesforce environments.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning.
• Experience implementing integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems.
• Strong knowledge of custom objects, flows, and platform security controls.
• Must be located in or be able to work from the Menlo Park, CA office at least 3 days per week.
