TL;DR

Senior Salesforce Developer (Service Cloud): Own the end-to-end development lifecycle for new features within Salesforce Service Cloud and Zendesk to improve agent productivity and customer experience with an accent on AI-driven solutions, scalable integrations, and performant architecture. Focus on designing maintainable technical solutions, architecting seamless integrations with data ecosystems, and monitoring feature performance data-driven.

Location: Hybrid from hirify.global hubs: San Francisco CA, Denver CO, Nashville TN (US); Santiago, Chile. Expected to work from office 3+ days a week. Relocation stipend available to hub locations.

Salary: $143,000 - $168,000 USD (San Francisco, CA)

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end development for new features in Salesforce Service Cloud and Zendesk.
  • Choose optimal tools: declarative changes, custom Apex/code, or 3rd-party apps.
  • Collaborate with analysts to build maintainable, performant, scalable solutions.
  • Design and maintain AI-driven solutions to enhance agent workflows and customer experience.
  • Partner with engineers for feature architecture and ecosystem integrations.
  • Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive enhancements customer-centrically.

Requirements

  • 6+ years Salesforce development on Service Cloud; Zendesk a plus.
  • Mastery of full SDLC in Agile, including DevOps.
  • Experience designing complex, scalable solutions.
  • Strong ownership, resilience, urgency, flexibility, and A-player mindset.

Nice to have

  • Zendesk development experience.
