What you will do

• Manage the full application life cycle, including architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Develop high-performance, reusable Apex code and customize Lightning Components for enhanced UIs.
• Design scalable data models, custom objects, and implement asynchronous workflows.
• Build REST APIs for external system integrations and optimize Salesforce application performance.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers in an Agile/SAFe environment to translate user stories into technical delivery.
• Implement an automation-first approach using Apex scripts and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

Requirements

• US Citizenship or valid VISA/work permit and residency (3 of previous 5 years in the US) for public trust clearance.
• 4+ years of professional experience in Salesforce Development and Engineering.
• Proficiency in Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of OOP design patterns and Salesforce data modeling best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications (Developer I, Developer II, Platform App Builder).
• Experience with Copado CI/CD pipelines and best practices.
• Knowledge of AWS cloud development and multi-cloud architectures.
• Experience in health cloud implementation or civic technology.
