What you will do
- Serve as primary HR contact for senior leaders in assigned client groups, partnering on talent plans, organizational design, and effectiveness solutions.
- Translate business goals into integrated talent strategies supporting growth, performance, and engagement.
- Drive talent management planning, reviews, succession processes, and development programs to build talent pipelines.
- Coach leaders on people practices, inclusive culture, high-potential talent development, and complex employee matters.
- Lead organizational change initiatives and provide consultation on business unit reorganizations.
- Analyze trends in skills gaps, champion internal mobility, and ensure consistent application of HR policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years progressive HR experience in employee relations, org design, talent acquisition, total rewards, or performance management in mid-to-large organization.
- Strong business/HR acumen, strategic thinking, systems perspective for diagnosing org performance gaps.
- Knowledge of US employment laws (OSHA, EEOC, FLSA, ADA) and performance management practices.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, influencing, and facilitation skills; proficient in MS Office and HRIS.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, lead cross-functional projects, and travel occasionally.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree or HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR).
- Experience in fast-paced matrixed organizations, financial services, or with Workday.
- Proven leadership in strategic HR initiatives focused on talent and inclusive culture.
