Product Manager (Brand Platform): Own and grow the platform powering gifting and paid collaborations between top creators and brands with an accent on end-to-end experience design including campaign creation, negotiation, digital contracting, secure payments, and performance measurement. Focus on architecting marketplace solutions, leveraging data-driven insights, and integrating AI tools to optimize user funnels and build scalable revenue streams.
Location: US - Remote. Authorization to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment; no new sponsorships for H-1B or similar visas.

What you will do
- Translate strategy into product roadmap and execution, defining features, user stories, and priorities for measurable business outcomes.
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and launch to iteration and optimization across devices and international use cases.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, sales, operations, marketing, and legal to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Gather customer insights from tests, surveys, and data to continuously improve campaign funnels and user experience.
- Architect marketplace and financial systems for proposals, negotiations, contracting, and payments ensuring accurate creator payouts.
- Leverage AI tools for automation, feedback summarization, and insights; perform data analysis to inform roadmap decisions.
Requirements
- 4+ years in product management, preferably in multi-sided marketplace, ad-tech, mar-tech, or creator economy.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, ad-tech, marketplace mechanics, payment systems (Stripe, Netsuite, PayPal), and trust & safety.
- Analytical skills with cohort analysis, funnel optimization, financial modeling, and tools like Amplitude, Fullstory, Looker, Athena.
- Experience aligning cross-functional stakeholders, communicating decisions, and thriving in fast-paced environments.
- Customer obsession with empathy for creators and brands; growth mindset and adaptability.
Nice to have
- Experience with social platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, Meta/IG, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube.
