What you will do
- Own the full product lifecycle for a new digital activation platform from discovery to post-launch operations.
- Define and maintain a phased product roadmap balancing team needs and business priorities.
- Write detailed product requirements and user stories for an offshore engineering team.
- Lead discovery by auditing automation workflows and validating third-party API capabilities.
- Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Oversee QA processes and monitor platform health and pacing accuracy post-launch.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience with at least one full cycle from zero to launch.
- Hands-on experience with ad tech platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, or TikTok.
- Strong understanding of paid media concepts including budget pacing and bid strategies.
- Proven ability to write detailed requirements for engineering teams.
- Experience managing distributed or offshore engineering teams.
- Conceptual understanding of APIs, authentication flows, and data models.
