TL;DR

HR Business Partner (Employee Relations & Operations): Lead employee relations matters, provide HR guidance to managers, and support people operations execution with an accent on compliance, risk mitigation, and process streamlining. Location: Remote (US-based, CST/EST preferred, must be authorized to work in the US – no visa sponsorship)

Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead day-to-day employee relations, partnering on complex cases with HR leadership
  • Coach managers on sensitive people issues, performance, and organizational changes
  • Ensure policy compliance and employment law adherence in multi-state healthcare environment
  • Streamline HR processes like onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle management
  • Drive scalable HR practices and support key initiatives as an extension of HR leadership

Requirements

  • 5+ years HR experience with strong employee relations depth
  • Experience with HR operations, benefits, and multi-state compliance
  • Demonstrated judgment in handling sensitive matters and escalations
  • Strong communication, influencing, and process improvement skills
  • Experience leading onboarding or new hire orientation programs
  • Comfortable with autonomy in cross-functional partnerships
