What you will do

• Provide strategic thought partnership and coaching to leaders to scale high-performing, ambitious teams.
• Advise across all levels on performance management, team dynamics, and employee relations concerns.
• Drive organization-wide initiatives including workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with leadership to forecast headcount needs and collaborate with recruiting to acquire top talent.
• Execute business process improvements to optimize talent deployment and ensure ROI on people initiatives.
• Collaborate with the People Ops team to roll out compensation reviews, DEI, benefits, and L&D programs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 5+ years of HR business experience, with 4+ years as a strategic HRBP in fast-paced scaling environments.
• Comprehensive experience in employee relations, organizational design, and talent development.
• Strong ability to coach and influence leaders and employees.
• Deep business acumen and the ability to make sound decisions using great judgment.
• Comfort navigating complex, ambiguous situations in a high-growth environment.
