What you will do

  • Manage territory to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual quota, win rates, and pipeline goals in healthcare markets
  • Execute SaaS sales process: source deals, negotiate terms, drive closes
  • Develop outbound prospecting strategies including cold calls, emails, social touches
  • Qualify prospects by goals, challenges, budget, and decision-makers; deliver tailored solution demos
  • Collaborate with teams on handoffs, training, adoption, and market feedback
  • Maintain Salesforce with accurate accounts, opportunities, and forecasts

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years as quota-carrying sales rep or prospecting experience
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting, pipeline building, lead qualification, and closing deals
  • Strong communication to build relationships with executives and stakeholders
  • Competitive, results-driven self-starter thriving in collaborative startup environment
  • Ability to travel 30% for conferences and events
