What you will do

• Handle customer onboarding by aligning business goals, defining success plans, and identifying key stakeholders.
• Drive time to value through adoption strategies, change management, and proactive issue resolution.
• Optimize processes and growth via business reviews, strategic education on market, business, and product lenses.
• Address red flags, partner with support teams, act as voice of customer, and communicate upgrades.
• Travel 15-20% for key accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4-6 years in Account Management or 5-8 years in Relationship Management/Customer Success, preferably in software/hardware/technology.
• Skilled in building relationships, presentations, communication; adaptable, technical aptitude, quick learner.
• Intermediate/advanced MS Office; Salesforce or similar CRM knowledge.
• Experience in hospital operations solutions preferred.
