Location: Hybrid position in Lehi, Dallas, or Houston office (3 days in office, 2 days work from home)

What you will do
- Nurture stakeholder relationships and identify new key contacts through proactive engagement.
- Drive platform adoption and momentum post-launch using critical success factors aligned to the client journey.
- Conduct regular review-and-planning sessions and QBRs to demonstrate value and define next steps.
- Act as the voice of the customer, collaborating cross-functionally to drive product and process improvements.
- Own overall account health and assist Account Managers with growth and at-risk mitigation.
- Document all client interactions using SFDC and Wrike.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years in a customer-facing role with an Enterprise SaaS company or supplier management in a large organization.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Must be based in or able to work from Dallas, Houston, or Lehi offices.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Nice to have
- Experience with SFDC, CRM tools, and JIRA.
- PMP certification.
