TL;DR

Director, Client Success (Healthcare): Lead a team of 7–8 Client Success Managers driving adoption, retention, and expansion across healthcare portfolio including hospitals and senior living with an accent on value realization, revenue growth, and client outcomes. Focus on mentoring high-performance teams, executing success plans, and building executive relationships with healthcare leaders.

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 7–8 Client Success Managers through coaching, performance evaluations, and onboarding programs.
  • Develop and execute structured Success Plans for key accounts, identify at-risk accounts, and drive renewals and expansions with Sales.
  • Participate in executive business reviews, build relationships with healthcare leaders (Directors of Food & Nutrition, VP Support Services, CIOs), and support transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Implementation, Product, Support, and Operations to improve CRM data, processes, and customer health metrics.
  • Define scalable playbooks, optimize team coverage, and ensure execution of Quarterly Business Reviews and strategic account planning.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS revenue leadership
  • 3+ years leading high-performing teams in Account Management, Client Success, or Sales
  • Demonstrated success driving retention, NRR growth, and expansion in enterprise and middle-market accounts
  • Strong executive presence to influence VP and C-suite stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills

  • Experience in healthcare technology, hospital operations, or food service
