Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 OTE ($50,000 - $55,000 base)

What you will do

  • Lead, hire, and ramp a team of 6-10 outbound SDRs, managing the process from onboarding to cold call certification.
  • Provide specific coaching on time management, prospecting strategy, objection handling, and qualification.
  • Manage the team's performance based on results rather than activity, using leading indicators to maintain pace.
  • Translate Salesforce data into actionable reports for sales leadership regarding production and gaps.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing counterparts on pipeline strategy and account targeting.
  • Develop scaling resources including sequences, talk tracks, and account research frameworks.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales development as both a high-performing individual contributor and a leader.
  • Track record of building, ramping, and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, including building and analyzing custom reports.
  • Strong coaching instincts with the ability to provide specific feedback after call reviews.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with reps and leadership.
  • Resilience, competitiveness, and ability to make decisions quickly without perfect information.
