Location: Onsite in Sterling, VA. TS/SCI with POLY clearance required.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise Linux infrastructure including servers, VMs, storage, and network services.
• Engineer high-availability RHEL platforms and lead modernization initiatives like OS upgrades and migrations.
• Develop automation frameworks for provisioning, configuration, patching, and STIG compliance.
• Integrate Linux systems with virtualization, identity services, monitoring, security tools, and hybrid cloud/AWS.
• Optimize performance, implement monitoring, and conduct advanced troubleshooting for complex issues.
• Ensure cybersecurity compliance with STIG/NIST and support physical infrastructure operations.

Requirements

• TS/SCI with POLY clearance
• 8+ years in Linux systems administration, infrastructure, or platform engineering
• Extensive hands-on RHEL experience in design, deployment, administration, and troubleshooting
• Strong virtualization, automation (Ansible, Puppet, Salt, Chef), and performance optimization
• Security hardening and compliance with STIG/NIST frameworks
• Integration with identity services, networks, and troubleshooting complex issues
