Salary: $65,500 - $88,425 annual

What you will do

• Work closely with account teams to understand customer business environments, objectives, product usage, and definitions of success
• Build strong relationships within customer accounts and conduct business reviews with Account Executives
• Collaborate with Renewals on risk mitigation and process improvements
• Partner with Retention Marketing on campaigns, events, advocacy, and case studies
• Manage customer lifecycle including onboarding, feedback loops, risk management, and value campaigns
• Use Gainsight and AI tools to track engagement, opportunities, and derive insights

Requirements

• 5+ years in Customer Success Management with success in strategic relationships and Fortune 500 accounts
• Strong empathy for customers and understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue models
• Analytical, metrics-driven, creative, organized, self-starter thriving in fast-paced environments
• Highly collaborative with ability to manage challenging conversations

• Bachelor’s Degree
