What you will do
- Manage end-to-end onboarding for new customers, coordinating with compliance, operations, product, and technical teams to meet go-live timelines.
- Serve as main operational contact, handling queries on payments, settlements, integrations, and platform usage while monitoring activity and resolving issues proactively.
- Build relationships with customer stakeholders, drive platform adoption, conduct check-ins, and plan for success and growth.
- Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, finance, and operations to ensure smooth handovers, share feedback, and deliver consistent experiences.
- Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and contribute to scalable practices, metrics, and frameworks.
Requirements
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Operations, or similar post-sales role.
- Background in fintech, payments, SaaS, e-commerce, or technology-led services preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across commercial, technical, compliance, and operational teams.
- Comfortable with customer queries on payments, integrations, reporting, and platform usage.
- Process-oriented, proactive, with strong communication skills in English and Chinese beneficial for this market.
- Able to thrive in fast-paced, scaling environment.
