Salary: $95,000 – $125,000

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding for new customers, coordinating with compliance, operations, product, and technical teams to meet go-live timelines.
  • Serve as main operational contact, handling queries on payments, settlements, integrations, and platform usage while monitoring activity and resolving issues proactively.
  • Build relationships with customer stakeholders, drive platform adoption, conduct check-ins, and plan for success and growth.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, finance, and operations to ensure smooth handovers, share feedback, and deliver consistent experiences.
  • Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and contribute to scalable practices, metrics, and frameworks.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Operations, or similar post-sales role.
  • Background in fintech, payments, SaaS, e-commerce, or technology-led services preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across commercial, technical, compliance, and operational teams.
  • Comfortable with customer queries on payments, integrations, reporting, and platform usage.
  • Process-oriented, proactive, with strong communication skills in English and Chinese beneficial for this market.
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced, scaling environment.
