What you will do

  • Conduct joint fieldwork with new financial advisors, provide feedback, case support, and coach on sales tools like Salesforce and hirify.global platforms.
  • Help advisors set sales goals, analyze gaps, develop marketing plans leveraging relationships and communities.
  • Support existing teams in onboarding new sales roles and addressing development needs.
  • Collaborate with leadership on talent referrals, market plans, and advisor progress.
  • Facilitate connections for additional support and execute advisor growth plans with community engagement.

Requirements

  • Four-year college degree strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated sales track record in L/H/A, investments, and purpose-based advice
  • Experience leading groups, presenting, and facilitating advisor success concepts
  • FINRA Series 7, 63/65 or 66 required (or within 90 days); state insurance licensed in life, health, variable lines (or within 90 days); registered in all relevant states
  • Experience with hirify.global tools, Salesforce; ability to coach using technology
  • Satisfactory background check, clean compliance record; flexibility for regional travel up to 50% and evening work; own vehicle required
