What you will do

• Act as services quoting specialist supporting sales across CALA region for small to large opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end development of proposals including scope, pricing, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Support terrestrial and submarine optical network engagements like modernization, reconfiguration, and migrations.
• Interpret network diagrams, BOMs, and architectures to build accurate proposals.
• Collaborate with engineering, delivery, and submarine specialists for effort estimates and custom requirements.
• Optimize pricing, apply governance, ensure auditability, and drive process improvements.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree in business, economics, engineering, sciences, or equivalent experience.
• 6–8 years in professional services, service quoting, or network services delivery.
• Experience developing service proposals, scopes, and pricing for optical network deployment/reconfiguration/migrations.
• Strong financial fundamentals (cost, price, margin).
• Advanced Excel proficiency; manage multiple requests meeting SLAs.
• Analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with submarine optical cable systems and landing stations.
• Photonic/optical networking (terrestrial/subsea), Layer 0, OTN, SDH/SONET, Layer 2.
• Managing services budgets or large-scale network programs.
