What you will do
- Prospect into targeted accounts in the Window, Door, and Glass manufacturing sector across EMEA
- Execute high-volume multi-channel outbound outreach via calls, email, and LinkedIn to generate opportunities
- Research accounts, identify key stakeholders, and craft personalized messaging aligned to industry challenges
- Qualify prospects and schedule discovery meetings for Business Development Managers
- Collaborate with sales teams for smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
- Maintain activity tracking and pipeline updates in Salesforce using tools like Salesloft, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for meetings booked and attended
Requirements
- Prior SDR/BDR/outbound sales experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Additional European language(s) strongly preferred
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple outreach sequences
- Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented
- Strong interest in technology, SaaS, and manufacturing industries
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced international team
