What you will do

  • Prospect into targeted accounts in the Window, Door, and Glass manufacturing sector across EMEA
  • Execute high-volume multi-channel outbound outreach via calls, email, and LinkedIn to generate opportunities
  • Research accounts, identify key stakeholders, and craft personalized messaging aligned to industry challenges
  • Qualify prospects and schedule discovery meetings for Business Development Managers
  • Collaborate with sales teams for smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
  • Maintain activity tracking and pipeline updates in Salesforce using tools like Salesloft, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for meetings booked and attended

Requirements

  • Prior SDR/BDR/outbound sales experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Additional European language(s) strongly preferred
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple outreach sequences
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented
  • Strong interest in technology, SaaS, and manufacturing industries
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced international team
