Salary: $180,000–$224,000/yr (Denver & most major metros); $210,000–$263,000/yr (San Francisco, New York, Seattle).

What you will do

• Drive strategy and roadmap end-to-end for reporting across web, mobile, and embedded experiences.
• Define vision for traditional reports and AI-driven answers aligned with hirify.global's AI transformation.
• Ship customer-facing value every cycle, balancing basics fixes and bigger initiatives.
• Partner with Pay and Benefits teams to deliver end-to-end reporting in customer journeys.
• Advance data infrastructure, data migration, and prioritization for customer impact.
• Set metrics for reporting quality and satisfaction, track progress, and communicate to stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and partner product teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years hands-on product management experience, including data products, analytics, or reporting platforms.
• Track record shipping customer-facing improvements at pace.
• AI fluency: experience building or working closely on AI-powered features.
• Technical fluency in data: pipelines, models, APIs, migration trade-offs.
• Customer obsession via research, CX, support, usage data.
• Strong cross-functional partnership and clear communication skills.
