What you will do

• Lead enterprise strategy, roadmap, and execution of patient support platforms for rare disease programs.
• Oversee full product lifecycle including intake, prioritization, governance, scaling, and retirement.
• Collaborate with product, IT, engineering, legal, compliance, and patient support teams for integration and alignment.
• Drive design and enhancement of scalable patient engagement tools and digital capabilities.
• Establish KPIs, ROI frameworks, and metrics to evaluate performance and impact.
• Transform pilot initiatives into enterprise standards and act as advisor for risk and governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years in product governance, enterprise product management, or digital health in healthcare/pharma
• Strong understanding of patient support services, healthcare journeys, and rare disease programs
• Proven cross-functional leadership in large-scale initiatives
• Expertise in digital product lifecycle, governance, compliance, and risk mitigation
• Excellent communication, analytical skills, and ability to influence senior stakeholders
