Salary: $130,000 – $170,000 base salary plus bonus

What you will do

• Partner directly with enterprise clients to gather, clarify, and prioritize business requirements, translating them into structured inputs for engineering.
• Own client-facing engagement through onboarding, scoping, delivery, and iteration, managing timelines, expectations, and progress.
• Support engineering teams with context, ambiguity resolution, and validation that solutions match client needs.
• Identify recurring patterns and formalize repeatable frameworks, documentation, and processes.
• Synthesize customer insights into product roadmap themes and feature recommendations.
• Improve workflows for requirement intake, delivery handoffs, and client communication.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, solutions consulting, customer success, or similar client-facing roles
• 2+ years in software company, ideally SaaS, ERP, or composable platforms
• Strong ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and collaborate with engineering.
• Excellent communication to simplify complex concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Structured, analytical thinking to operate in ambiguity and create clear execution plans.
• Based in or willing to be frequently present in Los Angeles, 15–20% travel
