What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, covering commercial launch planning and post-launch growth.
• Drive market adoption of a next-generation MRD assay in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
• Develop and refine go-to-market strategies to optimize product positioning and revenue growth.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Commercial teams to improve customer workflows.
• Create sales enablement tools, including pitch decks, training materials, and objection-handling guides.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and clinical trends in oncology diagnostics to inform the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, engineering, statistics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, commercialization, or management consulting.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven track record of leading commercial product launches in healthcare or diagnostics.
• Strong understanding of oncology, molecular diagnostics, or laboratory-developed tests (LDTs).
• Advanced communication and executive-level storytelling skills.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as an MBA, MS, or PhD.
• Experience with service-based or diagnostics-as-a-service models.
